Session:
As artificial intelligence reshapes our world, the mastery of emotional intelligence (EQ) emerges as a critical bridge between human potential and technological progress. My presentation delves into the profound role EQ plays in elevating our interaction with AI technologies by fostering critical thinking and design thinking—skills crucial for innovation and effective collaboration with AI.Participants will explore how EQ can navigate through the emotional challenges associated with deep, critical analysis, transforming problem-solving approaches to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and creativity. The presentation will offer practical strategies for upskilling in critical and design thinking, thus maximizing human potential alongside AI capabilities as a co-pilot.
Additionally, will tackle the increased cyber risks associated with AI, such as the generation of advanced malware, by introducing 'emotional firewalls.' This proactive concept is aimed at building robust cyber resilience, ensuring ethical leadership and strategic decision-making in the face of technological advances. Attend this session to discover how integrating emotional intelligence with AI can safeguard human values while enhancing global resilience and innovation.
Objective of the Presentation:
1. To highlight the significance of emotional intelligence in enhancing human-AI interaction.
2. To provide actionable strategies for developing critical thinking and design thinking skills.
3. To introduce the concept of 'emotional firewalls' for improving cyber resilience.
4. To inspire ethical leadership and innovative thinking in the application of AI technologies.

Large Language Models (LLMs) are becoming ubiquitous: everyone is talking about them, everyone wants to use them and everyone claims is getting benefits out of them...But... is it that simple?
This talk aims to demystify the Open Source landscape of large language models, exploring what it means to use them to improve your search engine ecosystem and what are the most common pitfalls.
The talk starts by introducing the reasons to add LLMs to your search application and the complexities it adds (choosing the right model, measuring success, and rabbit holes).
Building upon the introduction we'll present how search changes with the advent of this innovative technology, what is 'fine-tuning' and what are the Open Source solutions available in terms of models, components to interact with the models, and search engines that integrate with such technologies.
Join us as we explore this new exciting Open Source landscape and learn how you can leverage it to improve your search experience!
