Enders Analysis
Enders Analysis provides a subscription research service covering the media, entertainment, mobile and fixed telecommunications industries in Europe, with a special focus on new technologies and media. Their clients include the likes of the Walt Disney Company, Google, Facebook and 21st Century Fox.
When we started working with Enders Analysis they were using a very complicated setup of SugarCRM. Due to the way it had been configured the user interface was very unintuitive, with scores of unnecessary data fields and pop-ups which cluttered the workflow.
Using our native Drupal CRM system we were able to migrate them from SugarCRM quickly and affordably. Due to Drupal's modular flexibility we were able to focus the user interface by removing unnecessary fields. We also added custom CRM features unique to Enders Analysis to help them turbocharge their workflow.
For us, the most exciting challenge was the most niche. Enders Analysis sell multi-tiered subscriptions to marketing reports. Their enhanced subscription clients receive custom personalised reports through presentations and phone calls. Through a custom extension to our CRM we enabled the ability to track these enhanced activities on a client by client basis. This informed the team how many advanced activities the client had undertaken to date and what was pending in their subscription. We built a custom report that calculated the "health" of each subscription allowing management to ensure these reports were spread evenly over the year to enhance the experience for their clients.
